Jeff Facteau, Ph.D. – Director of Consulting and Optimization Services, PreVisor Inc.
With a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Jeff is a ten-year veteran of employee selection science and validation research. He has published original research in top tier journals and presented findings at national conferences. In his current role he is responsible for ensuring that PreVisor’s assessment solutions are implemented and validated to be technically sound and legally defensible. He also manages PreVisor’s optimization Services team which is dedicated to demonstrating the realized business impact of PreVisor solutions and refining their ability to predict performance.
Jeff Walker - Pre-employment Services Team Leader, ADP
  Jeff has over 15 years of expertise in HR Services and has effectively helped Fortune 1000 corporations create solid HR business strategies. Jeff has held a number of sales and management roles that provide a distinctive viewpoint regarding the talent acquisition and human resource marketplace. In his current role, he leads a team that is responsible for developing new pre-employment services business within ADP’s large market space. Under Jeff’s leadership, the ADP Pre-employment Services team has successfully helped many large organizations streamline their hiring process and reduce redundancies through best practice talent acquisition tools. Jeff is an active member of IHRIM and holds a BA in Business Management from Moravian College.
Stacy Hodge - Sr. Manager Recruiting Services & ATS, Ryder

Stacy has over 15 years of experience in the fields of Human Resources and Call Center Management, leading several system implementation projects with Fortune 500 companies. Stacy has held a variety of progressive roles that have resulted in ensuring maximum use of technology and service tools for optimum operational effectiveness and cost saving measures. In her current role, Stacy functions as the best practice champion for the Recruiting Department overseeing all operational areas including compliance, training, reporting, metrics, and pre-employment services.
